Hi everyone, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your life. Today I thought to share a yummy, spicy, and quick recipe with you all which is very tasty to eat. The name of this yummy dish is mutton daal gosht. This dish is eaten with rice or naan and it is a Pakistani dish. So now without wasting much time, let’s start making this delicious Pakistani dish.
Ingredients needed
Mutton (1 kg)
Chana daal (2 cups)
Onion (1)
Garlic (4 pieces)
Half cup oil
2 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin and coriander powder.
1 big spoon fried onion
2 tablespoon tomato paste
















Let’s start making
To make this dish, first I washed the mutton properly and then chopped 1 onion and took 4 pieces of garlic. Now I put all these in the pressure cooker. After adding half cup oil in the pressure cooker, now add the spices like 2 tablespoon salt, 3 tablespoon red chili powder, and 1 tablespoon zeera dhaniya powder. Then add 2 cups water in it. And at the end add 1 big spoon fried onion and 2 tablespoon tomato paste. Close the pressure cooker and cook it for 20 minutes on medium flame.





Adding the chana daal
I had taken 2 cups chana daal and soaked it for 1 hour so that the daal becomes a little soft and does not stay hard after cooking. Now after 20 minutes open the pressure cooker and add the chana daal in it. Then again close the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes this dish gets ready and if you think the consistency is thick then you can add a little water in it. I felt the consistency was thick so I added 1 cup water at the end.



Final result
