En esta oportunidad les presento una serie de fotografías que les tomé a un bonito y rico emprendimiento, de estas dos personas llenas de energía y ganas de salir adelante vendiendo este rico producto, dicho sea demás un alimento que forma parte de la cultura de Cumaná como lo es la Chicha.
Les cuento que estas son las primeras fotos que comparto de mi hermosa experiencia en la #ExpoHiveSucre, aunque no sean de la actividad, fue el primer día del evento cuando terminó, estuve recorriendo los pasillos del centro comercial Hipergaleria cuando me tope con estas personas y su expendio de alimentos.
La verdad no recuerdo sus nombres, pero sí que me detuve en un espacio en donde había varios emprendedores y entre ellos estaba este negocio, les pedí permiso para tomarles unas fotos, se veían tan lindos y bien presentados.
La señora con mucho cariño me estuvo explicando que el señor había recorrido varios países en los cuales siempre estuvo indagando el secreto de la mejor forma de preparar la Chicha de Arroz y todos sus esfuerzos y conocimientos estaban condensados en su producto.
Me dio a probar en un vaso de esos pequeños para tomar café, la verdad estaba delicioso, cremoso, suave y con rico aroma, el verdadero sabor de una buena chicha, lo sé, pues es una bebida que he tomado mucho de diferentes lugares. Me trajo tantos recuerdos. Es que los aromas y sabores hacen eso, tal cual como en esa famosa serie animada Ratatuiel.
El puesto como les dije estaba muy lindo, hecho de madera y hierro, también con un techo de tela de lona, para que le dé gran vista, además se veían bien organizados, limpio y con su lista de precios visible, para los que no les gusta preguntar, le echen un ojo y luego a su bolsillo para saber si pueden comprar esta delicia a través de pago móvil, ya que tienen este servicio, además de aceptar efectivo o divisas.
Recuerdo que ese día, otras personas que vieron que me dieron a probar, preguntaron que si también le daban una muestra y la señora les dijo, No, solo a ella por qué nos va a promocionar, me sentí importante, je, je, je.

Si, por qué, cuando les pedí permiso para tomarles las fotos, para colocarlas en mi blog de #hive y le estuve explicando sobre la actividad que estábamos haciendo en la Expo que tenía lugar en el restaurante D' la Costa y que queríamos atraer emprendedores y dueños de negocios a la plataforma, a ella le llamó la atención, incluso me dijo que había visto las promociones que hacían de la plataforma los amigos de 
Bueno, amigos, pronto estaré nuevamente con mi familia tomándonos un buen vaso de Chicha, las tienen en diferentes tamaños y además de la leche condensada y la canela en polvo, que no pueden faltar en una rica chicha, por un costo adicional le echan un toppings de chocolate, que también queda deliciosa, ya le he probado así, aunque les confieso que me gusta más de la manera tradicional.

The lady with much affection was explaining me that the gentleman had traveled several countries in which he was always looking for the secret of the best way to prepare the Chicha de Arroz and all his efforts and knowledge were condensed in his product.
He gave me a taste in one of those small glasses to drink coffee, the truth was delicious, creamy, smooth and rich aroma, the real taste of a good chicha, I know, because it is a drink that I have taken a lot of different places. It brought back so many memories. It is that the aromas and flavors do that, just like in that famous animated series Ratatuiel.
