Hello, I hope you are very well and enjoying the first weekend of the year, as is customary in my family we spent together the day of Kings, and my aunt took this opportunity to make a dessert, and was the roscon de reyes, I had never tried it but I loved it, and that was the first time my aunt made this sweet and it was great, you can not take pictures at the beginning of the preparation because it was late and was already in the oven.
This dessert contains candied fruit, raisins, dulce de leche, custard, coconut and was filled with a delicious coconut cream, is made from flour and yeast, researching this recipe is popular in Spain, for them represents the infinite love of God and the custom is to insert into it some kind of gift like money or a figure, the one who gets it will get good luck and become king for a day, definitely how nice are the customs and traditions of every corner of the world.

Hola, espero que se encuentren muy bien y disfruntando el primer fin de semana del año, como es costumbre en mi familia pasamos juntos el dia de Reyes, y mi tia aprovecho esta oportunidad para realizar un postre, y era el roscon de reyes, jamas lo habia probado pero me encanto, y eso que era la primera vez que mi tia realizaba este dulce y le quedo buenisimo, no puede tomarle fotos al inicio de la preparacion por llegue tarde y ya estaba en el horno.
Es postre contiene frutas confitadas, uvas pasas, dulce de leche, crema pastelera, coco y estaba relleno con un crema de coco riquisima, es elaborado a base de harina y levadura, investigando esta receta es popular en españa, para ellos representa el amor infinito a Dios y la costumbre es insertar en ella algun tipo de regalo como dinero o alguna figura, el que la obtenga obtendra buena suerte y se convertira en rey por un dia, definitivamente que lindas son las costumbres y tradiciones de cada rincon del mundo.
