Hola amigos de Hive food, gusto saludarles, en esta oportunidad les compartirá una riquísima carne molida guisada con vegetales.
🍖 Ingredients:
300g ground beef.
1/2 white onion.
2 cloves garlic.
1/4 red bell pepper.
2 sweet peppers.
Scallions Salt and pepper.
Oil as needed.
🍖 Ingredientes:
300 grms de carne molida.
1/2 cebolla blanca.
2 dientes de ajo.
1/4 pimenton rojo.
2 ajies dulces.
Ramas de cebollin.
Sal y pimienta.
Aceite el necesario.
🍖 Preparation:
Season the meat with salt and pepper and set aside. Finely chop all the vegetables and mince the garlic.
Heat oil in a pot and add the meat. Sauté briefly, then add all the chopped vegetables and the minced garlic. Mix well and let it cook for a bit to release its juices. Next, add 1 cup of broth and cook over medium heat with the pot covered. Check the seasoning and let all the liquid be absorbed.

🍖 Preparacion:
Adobamos la carne con sal y pimienta y reservamos, cortamos todos los vegetales muy pequeños y el ajo lo machacamos.
Colocamos una olla con aceite y agregamos la carne, sofreimos un poco y agregamos todos los vegetales picados con el ajo machacado, mezclamos bien y dejamos sofreir un poco para que suelten sus jugos, posteriormente agregamos 1 taza de caldo y cocinamos a fuego medio con la olla tapada, verificamos la sal y dejamos consumir todo el liquido por completo.
Esta riquisima carne la acompañe con arroz blanco y una ensalada de cebolla y tomate, esta carne tambien puede ser usada para elaborar ricas empanadas,
