🎃 1 y ½ kg de auyama aproximadamente.
🫑 1 Pimentón Rojo.
🧅 1 Cebolla Grande.
🌶️ 6 Ajíes Dulces verdes y amarillos.
🧄 7 Dientes de Ajo o al gusto.
🍶Vinagre cantidad necesaria.
🍶 Aceite cantidad necesaria.
🧂Sal cantidad necesaria.
🧂Pimienta cantidad necesaria.
🍶1 Frasco de vidrio esterilizado.
Ingredients:
🎃 1 and ½ kg of auyama approximately.
🫑 1 red bell pepper.
🧅 1 large onion.
🌶️ 6 Green and yellow Sweet Chili Peppers.
🧄 7 Garlic cloves or to taste.
🍶Vinegar quantity needed.
🍶 Oil quantity needed.
🧂Salt quantity needed.
🧂Pepper, required amount.
🍶1 Sterilized glass jar.
Preparation: 1._ Wash, peel and slice the pumpkin.
2._ Wash and cut the onion, chili peppers and paprika into julienne strips.
3._ Peel and crush the garlic, place the sliced pumpkin in a container, then the onion, the chili peppers, the paprika and the garlic cut in julienne strips.
4._ Add salt to taste, sprinkle with oil and then add pepper to taste, mix all the vegetables and greens.
5._ Place the mixed vegetables and greens inside the glass jar. Add vinegar until half of the jar is filled, approximately 200 ml, and then oil until the entire jar is filled, approximately 200 ml.
6._ Close the glass jar tightly and shake to combine the Vinegar and the Oil. Place in the refrigerator and let it macerate for about 3 days.
