Hoy me dispuse a ayudar en los quehaceres del hogar a mi esposa, como de costumbre los domingos ella levantó muy temprano, tenía que hacer otras cosas y le dije que yo me encargaría de lavar y lo que más me gusta cocinar, como teníamos de visita a mi hijo con sus esposa e hijos les dije hoy vamos a comer lo que le gusta a Mathias ( mi nieto menor ) bistec encebollado pero con un toque dulce el cual acompañe con arroz blanco, tajadas de plátano y ensalada cocida ( rusa ). Sin perder más tiempo les dejo en la descripción como preparar este rico plato.

✔️ 6 Bistec carne res.
✔️ 1 Cebolla.
✔️ Orégano una cucharada.
✔️ Paprika una cucharada.
✔️ 1 Cabeza de Ajo.

Ingredients :

✔️ 1 Onion.

Para la ensalada utilice:
✔️ 1 Zanahoria.
✔️ 2 Remolachas.
✔️ 2 Papas.

Paso 1 👣
En un bol o coloque una cucharada de paprika, una cucharada de orégano, media cucharadita de pimienta, seis dientes de ajo machacados y sal al gusto, ( una cucharada ).
