Ingredients:
- 500 grams of cassava
- mozzarella cheese
- 5 tablespoons of cornstarch
- vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- truffle seasoning
Steps:
- Peel the cassava and wash thoroughly
- Cut into small pieces, add a pinch of salt, and boil the cassava until tender for about 20 minutes
- Mash the cassava until soft
- Add salt, pepper, and cornstarch
- Knead until well combined
- Shape into balls and fill with mozzarella cheese pieces
- Close the dough
- Fry in hot oil over medium-low heat
Cook until golden brown
Remove and drain
- Serve on a plate and sprinkle with truffle seasoning
