Hi bloggers and food lovers, today I’m really excited to make a street food snack that I often see. Actually, I rarely buy it when I’m out, but since I was curious, I decided to make it myself—it’s called rolled eggs. This snack is basically an omelet made fun by rolling it around a skewer like satay. The ingredients are also very very simple. Okay, let’s get started
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml water
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of bouillon powder
- skewers
- cooking oil
- sauce
Steps:
- Crack the eggs and pour them into a bowl
- Add water
- Add salt and bouillon powder
Stir until well combined
Heat the oil in a pan
Once hot, reduce the heat
- Pour 2 tbsp of the beaten egg mixture into the hot oil
- Take a skewer and immediately roll the egg
- Cook briefly until done, then remove and drain
- Repeat until all the egg mixture is used up
- Serve on a plate with your favorite sauce
- The skewers rolled eggs are ready to eat
