Ingredients:
- eggs
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 spring onion
- 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 bird's eye chilies
- 5 tomatoes
- 800 ml water
- pepper
- black pepper
- salt
- seasoning
Steps:
Crack the eggs and cook them in a pan with enough oil
Cook until done, then set aside
Chop the garlic and spring onions
- Sauté in a pan until fragrant
- Add water
- Add sweet soy sauce, salted soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, and pepper, then stir until boiling
- Add the fried eggs you made earlier
- Cook over low heat until the seasoning is absorbed for 7 minutes
Add the finely chopped chili peppers, tomatoes, and remaining spring onions
Add salt and seasoning at the end before turning off the heat
- Once ready, turn off the heat and serve in a bowl
