Hi bloggers and food lovers, what's your favorite menu for lunch? Do you like creamy and spicy menu for you lunche? Today I’m going to share the lunch I made yesterday, it has a fragrant aroma, a savory and spicy flavor, and the sweetness of the shrimp inside. Okay, let’s get right to it
Ingredients:
- 250 grams warm rice
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp aonori/nori flakes
- 1 tsp margarine
- 3 shrimp
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sambal sauce
Steps:
- Take the warm rice and place it in a bowl
- Add the sesame oil
- Add the nori flakes and mix them into the rice
- Add the chili flakes
- Mix them until well combined
- Transfer to a heat-resistant container
- Top the rice with grated cheese
- Then, melt the margarine in a pan
- Sauté the shrimp
Sauté until the color change
Chop the shrimp into small pieces
- Place on top of the rice and cheese
- Prepare the spicy mayo sauce using a 2:1 ratio of mayonnaise to chili sauce, then spread it over the rice
- Sprinkle nori flakes on top
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 302°F or 150°C
- Turn off the oven and let the spicy mayo rice cool
- Serve the spicy mayo rice with shrimp while warm
- Spicy mayo rice with shrimp is ready to eat
