11 days of our hearty super delicious Slovak food in Bratislava - Schnitzel, Monte Negro Schnitzel (in a breading of potatoes and herbs), stuffed potato dumplings with meat on the bed of sauerkraut with bacon, bryndza (special cheese) spaetzle similar something with bacon cubes, stuffed dumplings, potato soup, floury desserts of potatoes with poppy seeds, typical caramel Küchleine, punch cake... there you can not hold back (at least I do not), but then you need at home again normal food, what healthier... self-cooked... fortunately it was only 11 days , but + 2 kilos I have already managed (there I can be very effective).
Therefore today chicken meat natural, well seasoned, mashed potatoes (you already know that it is my favorite side dish), grilled tomato slices with herbs and cucumber salad with a dash of sour cream.
Was also very very tasty... will come more often on the table.
