English version
Today I decided to experiment with my pancakes by adding new fruits; this time I combined a pear with a peach, along with oat flour. I think it’s a pretty nutritious option that provides a good dose of natural energy to start the day. Fruit pancakes have become my favorite—they’re turning out better and better every time.
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of oat flour
- 1/2 pear
- 1 peach
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
- Oil
Preparation:
I washed the fruit, peeled it, and cut it into small pieces. This time I wanted a more pronounced flavor, since in previous recipes I had grated the fruit.
I poured the water into a bowl and added the sugar; this ingredient is optional, as the fruit’s natural sweetness may be enough—it all depends on personal preference.
Next, I added the oat flour and mixed it thoroughly with a whisk until all the lumps were gone.
Shortly after, I added the fruit pieces and continued stirring until all the ingredients were well combined.
Then I turned on the stove and set it to low heat, placed a skillet on it, and oiled the surface. I poured the batter into the skillet and made two medium-sized pancakes. I cooked them for 6 minutes on each side until they were golden brown.
And just like that, my breakfast was ready—unique, nutritious, and light. That’s exactly how I like to start my mornings. See you in my next post.

Ingredientes:
- 100 gramos de harina de avena
- 1/2 pera
- 1 durazno
- 1 taza de agua
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar (opcional)
- Aceite
