Yo me declaro amante número uno del chocolate y al ser madre y abuela siempre hay ese bonito recuerdo con el chocolate y estas hermosas personitas de mi vida.
Para mí esto del amor por el chocolate se transmite de generación en generación jajaja porque creo que a todas las personas de mi familia les encanta.
Fue una elección muy difícil por qué son tantas las historias con mi amado el chocolate que me decidí por el de la Marquesa de Chocolate

I declare myself number one chocolate lover and being a mother and grandmother there is always that beautiful memory with chocolate and these beautiful people in my life.

For me this love for chocolate is passed down from generation to generation hahaha because I think everyone in my family loves it.

It was a very difficult choice because there are so many stories with my beloved chocolate that I decided to choose the Marquesa de Chocolate.

Tengo un hermoso recuerdo de en particular con este delicioso postre mi primera nieta Daniela siempre fue muy apegada a mí y cuando yo estaba en la cocina siempre ella quería que yo la dejara cocinar así que un buen día le dije hoy vas a cocinar te voy a enseñar a realizar un postre muy rico.
Recuerdo su carita toda emocionada y feliz ella apenas tenía 5 añitos hoy ya tiene 10 años.

I have a beautiful memory of in particular with this delicious dessert my first granddaughter Daniela was always very attached to me and when I was in the kitchen she always wanted me to let her cook so one day I told her today you are going to cook and I am going to teach you how to make a delicious dessert.

I remember her excited and happy face, she was only 5 years old and today she is 10 years old.

Así que cuando yo me dispuse a realizar la preparación de la crema de chocolate la cual tenía que cocinar ella tomo una silla y la coloco a mi lado y me decía abuelita dame que yo lo hago,yo le daba el batidor para que ella mezclara.

Luego que estubo listo la crema de chocolate la puse a levantar la crema de leche con la batidora, le agrego el cacao y realizamos una deliciosa crema de leche de chocolate.
Y así pasao a paso fuimos realizando este rico postre colocando capas de crema de chocolate, galletas María remojadas en leche,crema Chantilly hasta llegar a la parte más emocionante la decoración y ella con su carita toda sucia de chocolate de tanto probar a ver si estaba quedando bien como ella decía jaja.
Luego este se convirtió en uno de sus postres preferidos y siempre y siempre lo realizamos juntas son momentos los cuales extraño y añoro volverlo hacer con ella actualmente se encuentra viviendo en Perú y tengo tres años sin tenerla a mi lado.
Pero se que cuando nos volvamos a reunir volveremos a recrear este bello momento.

After the chocolate cream was ready, I put her to raise the milk cream with the mixer, she added the cocoa and we made a delicious chocolate milk cream.
And so step by step we made this delicious dessert by placing layers of chocolate cream, Maria cookies soaked in milk, Chantilly cream until we got to the most exciting part, the decoration and her face all dirty with chocolate from trying so much to see if it was looking good as she said haha.

Then this became one of her favorite desserts and we always and always make it together, these are moments that I miss and long to do it again with her, she is currently living in Peru and I have three years without having her by my side.

But I know that when we meet again we will recreate this beautiful moment.

Por eso le puse el nombre Marquesa de Amor porque tengo tanto amor esperando para dárselo en un gran abrazo y por supuesto que con chocolate por qué no hay una historia de amor sin chocolate

Gracias por haberme acompañado en esta historia de mi vida.

That's why I named it Marquesa de Amor because I have so much love waiting to give it to her in a big hug and of course with chocolate because there is no love story without chocolate.
