Well yeah, I get it, you're stuck at home and all the gyms are closed. That sucks but you shouldn't let that get you down because you can still put in the work to improve your health.
Leg Exercise
Leg day, nobody likes em, I know I don't. But you know what? They're important and so that's what we're focusing on today.
The programs
