Quarantine Fitness
Well yeah, I get it, you're stuck at home and all the gyms are closed. That sucks but you shouldn't let that get you down because you can still put in the work to improve your health.
Stomach and abs
I've been on a mission to cut down stomach, despite some of my...travails that I discussed in this post. In summary, I like beer but other than that, I think it is in my nature to develop stomach fat so I like to focus a lot of energy on burning it.
