- chicken stir fry with riced cauliflower - 2 servings
- zero sugar ginger ale
- pork rinds
- half a keto ice cream
I think I ate too much at supper with two servings. I'm not too concerned about the carbs. It's more about having too much chicken. I notice that too much protein causes my weight loss to stall. I don't suppose the pork rinds helped either.
