Hello, greetings. here is my entry for hive top chef chicken wing.
Crispy chicken wings with fried vegetables and rice
The ingredients:
18 pieces of chicken wings
2 tbsp mustard oil
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp homemade hot chili paste
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 egg
1 carrot
1/2 small cabbage
1 red bell pepper
1 medium onion
4-5 branches of cilantro
3 spring onion
1tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garam masala
1 lime juice
1 tbsp beetroot grated using for color.
2 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp white flour
4 garlic cloves
3 cm ginger root
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chili powder.
In the bowl put together salt, ginger garlic paste, chili paste,garam masala, black pepper, and soya sauce. add lime juice, 1/2 tsp sugar, and mustard oil mix all ingredients. with a fork poke the chicken wings so marination can go in the wings and it keeps the tenderness when it is roasted or fried.
Marinate the chicken wings. Chop all vegetables in the slices the ginger and garlic are also chopped finely.
Add corn starch and then white flour mix it thoroughly. add 1 tsp beetroot juice.
Heat cooking oil in the pan and one by one set chicken wings in the pan carefully without getting burned fingers/hand. fry the wings from both sides until they get crispy.
Heat another pan with 2 tsp cooking oil add garlic and ginger when starts getting an aroma add one by one all chopped vegetables. Sautee the vegetables.
when vegetables start getting soft add chili powder salt and sugar each 1/2 tsp to taste stir it and cook on low heat for around 5 minutes. adding rice to the vegetables set the finished fried chicken wings and enjoy a full dinner.
