Aprovechando que hoy es lunes, sigue como siempre los consejos de 
Hive account@luisduran-sw. Después de estirarme un rato, empecé a hacer paralelas, sacando la espalda y echando los pies hacia atrás, como si fuera a hacer full planche. Mantenía unas series y luego pasaba a la liga. Comenzaba marcando el straddle y mantenía el mayor tiempo posible. También pasé a hacer tuck avanzado durante el tiempo que pudiera durar en algunas series. Después, pasé a hacer full planche en el piso durante el mayor tiempo posible, con la mayor inclinación que pudiera dar hacia delante. Para terminar, hice flexiones de hombros, unas 15 repeticiones por 3 series.
El straddle es una postura avanzada en calistenia que requiere una combinación de flexibilidad, fuerza y control corporal. Para conseguirlo, es fundamental tener una actitud disciplinada y un plan de entrenamiento bien estructurado. Si mantenemos los aspectos principales, podremos lograr hacer un buen straddle.
