Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y de HIVE 👋🏽, soy
les quiero compartir algunas fotos de mi entrenamiento de esta noche, el cual inicie en la plaza en compañía de los muchachos, y luego pase a mi casa caminando allá antes de irme a descansar..
Inicie tomándome un batido de leche, avena, 2 huevos y un cambur antes de salir, dí algunas vueltas en mi bicicleta para ir calentando el cuerpo y terminé con mis estiramientos habituales antes de comenzar la rutina. Lo primero era hacer pull ups en la barra, realice 5 series de 8 repeticiones, lo cual me está gustando mucho ya que estoy comenzando a mejorar en mis rutinas de a poco!. Seguido de eso me fui a las paralelas y realice 3 series de 12 repeticiones en fondos, y al igual que con las pull ups tomando de 3 a 5 minutos de descanso entre series para hablar con los muchachos y retomar el aliento.
Aconsejé un poco a un colega que estaba realizando sus primeras progresiones para front level, intentando primero el Tuck advance sin poder mantenerlo y quedando en mejor en Tuck para practicar, corregí un poco su postura y lo anime a que siguiera practicando. Poco después me retire a mi casa y termine allí mi rutina con 4 series de 10 repeticiones de flexiones bajando lento y subiendo igual para aumentar un poco mi resistencia.
Con eso finalice mi rutina de hoy, me termine de tomar el batido que hice y me dispuse a descansar, de a poco siento que voy mejorando y eso me anima más y más, sin nada mas que agregar, les deseo lindo día, bendiciones ✨

and I want to share some photos of my workout tonight. I started at the plaza with the guys, and then walked home before going to rest.
I started by having a smoothie with milk, oatmeal, 2 eggs, and a banana before heading out. I rode my bike a few times to warm up, and finished with my usual stretches before starting my routine. The first thing I did was pull-ups at the bar. I did 5 sets of 8 reps, which I'm really enjoying since I'm starting to improve my routines little by little! After that, I went to the parallel bars and did 3 sets of 12 reps on the dips. Just like with the pull-ups, I took a 3- to 5-minute break between sets to talk to the guys and catch my breath.
I gave some advice to a colleague who was doing his first progressions to front level, first trying the Tuck Advance without being able to maintain it and getting better at practicing with the Tuck. I corrected his posture a bit and encouraged him to keep practicing. Shortly after, I went home and finished my routine there with 4 sets of 10 repetitions of push-ups, lowering slowly and raising them the same way to increase my endurance a bit.
With that, I finished my routine for today, finished the shake I made, and got ready to rest. Little by little, I feel like I'm improving, and that encourages me more and more. Without anything else to add, I wish you a nice day, blessings ✨
