Buen día y saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive y de Actifit 👋🏽, soy @argos-sw y les quería relatar un poco de mi día.

Good morning and greetings to the entire Hive and Actifit community 👋🏽, I'm @argos-sw and I wanted to tell you a little about my day.

El día de hoy me levanté a las 6am para alistarme e ir a actualizar mis datos personales en el centro de Cabimas, desayune 3 panes dulces con una taza de café con leche antes de salir hasta allá, me baje un poco antes para caminar un poco antes de hacer cola para pasar, tras un buen rato logré actualizar todo y solicitar la cita para renovar mi cédula de identidad, así que para aprovechar un poco mi mañana me senté en la orilla del lago a ver un rato el paisaje. Tras eso pase rápido por la universidad para una charla sobre servicio comunitario que nos dieron y me regresé poco después a mi casa a eso de 11am.

Today I got up at 6 a.m. to get ready and go update my personal information in downtown Cabimas. I had three sweet rolls for breakfast with a cup of coffee with milk before heading out. I got off a little early to walk around before waiting in line. After a while, I managed to update everything and get an appointment to renew my ID. So, to make the most of my morning, I sat on the lakeshore to take in the scenery for a bit. After that, I quickly stopped by the university for a talk on community service they gave us, and headed back home shortly after around 11 a.m.

Por la tarde no había electricidad y hubo bastante calor, estuve haciendo oficios del hogar como hasta las 3 más o menos, y luego me senté para almorzar, comí Caraotas rojas (frijoles rojos) y una arepa frita con mantequilla y luego me recosté un rato a descansar. A eso de 5pm me aliste para ir a entrenar y me fui en mi bicicleta hasta la plaza Barroso para dar inicio a mi entrenamiento, me dedique a practicar un nuevo ejercicio y a pulir desde 0 los que ya realizaba y poder hacerlos correctamente, termine de entrenar a eso de 8pm y me fui a mi hogar para poder cenar, mi mamá me regaló una hamburguesa que me comí con gusto y luego tomé un baño para acostarme a descansar, fue un día un poco aburrido pero entretenido ✨

In the afternoon there was no electricity and it was quite hot, I was doing housework until about 3 or so, and then I sat down to have lunch, I ate Caraotas rojas (red beans) and a fried arepa with butter and then I lay down for a while to rest. Around 5pm I got ready to go to training and went on my bike to Barroso Square to start my training, I dedicated myself to practicing a new exercise and polishing from scratch the ones I already did and being able to do them correctly, I finished training around 8pm and went home to have dinner, my mom gave me a hamburger that I ate with pleasure and then I took a bath to go to bed to rest, it was a somewhat boring but entertaining day ✨
