Decidí realizar una rutina de full body para culminar la semana de buena manera, entrenando todos los grupos musculares. Aquí les dejo algunas fotos que me tomé con mi amigo antes de comenzar la rutina, durante la rutina y después de la rutina.

- 12 burpees
- 15 pull-ups con 30 squat jumps
- 10 pull-ups con 20 squat jumps
- 5 pull-ups con 10 squat jumps
- 20 dips con 20 push-ups inclinados
- 15 dips con 15 push-ups inclinados
- 10 dips con 10 push-ups inclinados
- 30 squats
- 15 bar dips
- 20 jumping lunges
- 1 muscle up
- 2 muscle ups
