• Ejercicio #2: 10 Flexiones con Aplauso | 30 Segundos de Descanso.
• Exercise #2: 10 Clapping Push-ups | 30 Seconds Rest.
• Ejercicio #3: 10 Flexiones con Aplauso | 30 Segundos de Descanso.
• Exercise #3: 10 Clapping Push-ups | 30 Seconds Rest.
• Ejercicio #4: 10 Flexiones con Aplauso | 30 Segundos de Descanso.
• Exercise #4: 10 Clapping Push-ups | 30 Seconds Rest.
• Ejercicio #5: 10 Flexiones con Aplauso | 1 Minuto de Descanso y Volvemos a Repetir la Rutina.
