5 Infernal Push-ups🔥
The routine consists of only 5 exercises, and we are going to perform 25 repetitions of each one, leaving 45 seconds of rest between each exercise. We must perform this routine at least 3 times to obtain better results.
• Ejercicio #1: 15 Flexiones diamante | 1 minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #1: 15 Diamond push-ups | 1 minute of rest.
• Ejercicio #2: 15 Flexiones espartanas explosivas | 1 minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #2: 15 Explosive Spartan Push-ups | 1 minute of rest.
• Ejercicio #3: 15 Flexiones hindú | 1 minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #3: 15 Hindu push-ups | 1 minte of rest
• Ejercicio #4: 15 Flexiones rusas | 1 minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #4: 15 Russian push-ups | 1 minute of rest.
• Ejercicio #5: Flexión Lenta | 15 Segundos bajando / 15 Segundos subiendo.
• Exercise #5: Slow push-up| 15 Seconds going down / 15 Seconds going up.
