Hello my dear people! ✨ I hope you're all doing well. Today I want to share an experience that filled my soul and reminded me why I love what I do so much. A few days ago, we had an incredible afternoon of freestyle, opening a new place for dynamic training, and believe me, it was absolutely crazy. All of this was achieved thanks to the effort, heart, and enthusiasm of my calisthenics brother
, who gave it his all to make this possible. We set out on a mission to find mats to avoid any hard falls, because you always have to take care of your body first, and thank God we got two that helped us train safely. This gave us the freedom to let loose, dare, and above all, enjoy ourselves without fear.
Personally, I tried combos I hadn't done in a while, like the Geiger, the double 360, and others I'd been dreaming about, so it was a tremendous adrenaline rush. Omar also lived every dynamic as if it were his last, giving his all with every attempt to grab the 360 until his hand peeled off, but he was steadfast like a warrior. Beyond the combos or the moves, the most valuable thing was the atmosphere, the encouragement, the vibe between us. We felt that connection that only comes when you're surrounded by people who have the same passion as you, and that's priceless.
And if you, reading this, feel like it's too late to start or that your years are weighing you down, let me tell you something from the bottom of my heart: it's never too late to try again! I'm also older than I am, and yet I continue to push myself, returning to what makes me happy. This is one more anecdote I want to share here, hoping it motivates you to keep going, but always with caution, responsibility, and love for what you do. So, activate your mind, take care of your body, and go for it with faith; limits are made to be broken. See you next time, family! 💥🔥
