Entro a trabajar a las 2 de la tarde y salgo a las 10 de la noche, y en la ma帽ana solo la uso para descansar un poco m谩s. Pero estos d铆as he tratado de entrenar un poco. Ayer, entren茅 un poco de plancha, unos guantes de full en suelo con compres, mi intento de negativa y tambi茅n met铆 unas series de estraddle, flexi贸n m谩s press con intento de pino a una mano. Y bueno, ah铆 vamos, poco a poco recuperando lo que es mi fuerza en el suelo, porque me he acostumbrado tanto a las paralelas que ahora soy un poco d茅bil. Yo antes era muy fuerte, no que era la plancha en suelo. Tambi茅n hice un poquito de front, pero no tanto.
Y bueno, amigos, por ahora es todo. Voy a tratar de publicar m谩s, que sea tres veces a la semana. Vamos a estar activos por aqu铆 y, bueno, espero les guste esta publicaci贸n lo dejo con la captura de lo que fue mi entrenamiento de ayer y pues hasta la pr贸xima 馃挭馃敟馃敱

And well, here we go, little by little recovering my strength on the ground, because I have become so accustomed to the parallel bars that now I am a little weak. I used to be very strong, not that it was the plank on the floor. I also did a little front, but not as much.
