Hola amigos de #SWC ayer hices varios intentos de swing 720 y supra 540 al principio giraba con miedo el 720 por qué la última vez me caí y le agarre miedo pero después de varios intentos recupere los giros.
Ya después de 2 intentos empecé a tocar la barra con una mano y los demás intentos seguían igual y para no cansar el truco descansé.
Luego empecé con supra 540 que agarro la barra y me resbaló y no termino de agarrarlo por completo y Haci llevo semanas (ya quiero agarrarlo).
Luego me fui a las barras frente al lago y hice combos de estáticos en paralelas.

Hi friends of #SWC yesterday you made several attempts to swing 720 and supra 540 at first I was afraid to turn the 720 because the last time I fell and I got scared but after several attempts I recovered the turns.
Already after 2 attempts I started to touch the bar with one hand and the other attempts remained the same and not to tire the trick I rested.
Then I started with supra 540 that I grabbed the bar and I slipped and did not end up grabbing it completely and I've been doing it for weeks (I already want to grab it).
Then I went to the bars in front of the lake and did static combos on parallel.
