Hola buenas noches amigos de @Hive y @SWC espero esten todos bien, hoy les vengo a contar mi día de pecho y tríceps, espero sea de su interés y agrado en esta gran oportunidad.

Bueno mis amigos hoy no hice nada durante el día y tuve en mente una vieja rutina de pecho que hacía en mi momento de puro básico antes de conocer el gran mundo del isométrico y sinceramente les digo que no se salten nunca cada músculo que deban entrenar para lograr cada cosa ya que cada uno tiene un trabajo y hay que mantenerlo como si fuera un objeto, Calentamos muy bien y con tiempo para evitar dolores o algo que pueda intervenir en la rutina ya siempre encontramos a alguien que nos acompañe a realizarla, Como siempre en el parque de madre María con mis panitas de siempre metiendole como es al isométrico porque vamos con todo este año.
1-Dips lastrados- Carga y descarga, las reps q puedas aguantar entre sets / 5sets
2-Bardips lastrados- Carga y descarga las reps q puedas aguantar entre sets / 5sets
3-Push ups diamantes 20reps / 5sets
4-Push ups 20reps / 5sets
