Saludos amigos de #Hive y Street Workout Community, El día de hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes mi actual rutina de empuje para plancha, una rutina que al menos para mí es demasiado fuerte, tanto así que tuve que cambiar un ejercicio, ya que por los momentos no me creía capaz de terminarlo, que más adelante les estaré explicando al respecto. Es una rutina de nivel avanzado, y que considero muy efectiva para poner a prueba tus hombros al someterlos a tanta carga, sin más nada que decir, vamos con el video.
