Eggs with homegrown red pepper spice! What do we call this thing!?
"Yum" is what I call it.
Get some peppers and chop them into small pieces. Like the image below.
I use coconut oil and butter to coat the bottom of my frying pan.
Get your eggs ready. Crack them open and add the eggs to your frying pan. Add in a few of your red peppers. Cook those too, but save some for later.
Sunny-sideup was my goal, but I broke one of the yokes. Don't do that. Lucky for me, black pepper fixes anything.
Cook your eggs on high heat and then slow it down as the egg starts to make noise and smell like something delicious. You can't go wrong. Everyone can cook eggs.
