Slice the Swiss cheese and the pepperoni into pieces that are small enough to rest on top of your pepper slices.
Slam all that into the air fryer or toaster oven. (My air fryer is both.)
Set it to broil. If you don’t have that setting, just hit it from the top with as much heat as you can.

Cook it on high heat until it smells good. Don’t walk away. Don’t get lost. Eat some and then cook some of the others longer to get a delicious crispy texture on the meat.
Don’t add ketchup.
