Hello everyone. Today the sky is clear, after the influence of the storm has made the overcast and rainy for the past few days. Me and my wife have no errands to do outside and no to go anywhere today. So the wife cooks at home. By we go to pick up vegetables as ingredients for food at the longan garden.
Our longan orchard, last month we picked up the longan and sold it to the vendors. The longan tree is currently recuperating. The longan tree now has only leaves and some are growing new branches.
In the longan orchard area, I plant many kinds of vegetables in the space between the longan trees. I took a sample photo for my friends to see the atmosphere in the longan garden. For lunch, I want to eat fried morning glory with oyster sauce. The wife then pick up the morning glory that was planted under the longan tree. The morning glory that I grow is a local morning glory.
In addition, we pick up the fruiting olives to eat too. Other vegetables such as eggplant, lentils, bitter melon, etc. We wait for it to grow up and eat it the next day.
When the wife picked the morning glory, she immediately cooked it. Our lunch menu today is stir-fried morning glory with oyster sauce, shrimp paste chili paste and green melon soup with chicken drumsticks. It was another simple but delicious lunch for us. And for health too. Vecause of the ingredients like vegetables, I grow all organic vegetables myself. Morning glory and green melon I planted myself and I just pick up green melon for cooking 2 days ago but I couldn't eat it all. Today, the wife brings the green melon to cook again.
