Pasta with bacon strips and peas could be the right thing for you!
I sautéed onion and garlic in olive oil , then the bacon strips pure, seasoned with thyme, oregano, salt, fried, cream pure, crème fraîche, simmer a little and when it had the desired consistency still sprinkled with the pepper abundantly.
At the same time I cooked the pasta , drained and mixed well with the sauce at the end and sprinkled with parmesan . And everyone was satisfied.
I find pasta dishes delicious and are always good and quick emergency solutions when unexpectedly hungry friends come over (which happens relatively often in our house).
