What is the Wednesday Well-being Club?

The Wednesday Wellbeing Club is for anyone who wants to make some lifestyle changes. It will run every week for fifteen weeks until Wednesday 24 November 2021.You can write your own post each week, or you can just leave a comment on each week's post about how things are going for you.
My Weekly Targetsπ―
My wellness targets cover a wide range. I am using the Rule of Fives to track the indicators shown in the table below.

| Family Relations | π | Went to church with the family for the first time in a long time. Since the pandemic many services have been online but this week the COVID cases are down in Japan. I'm not sure but it could be because more than 70% of the population is now vaccinated. Many people were out and about over the weekend (all still masked). It was so refreshing seeing so many people out and shopping again.The Christmas decorations are also up in the major shopping areas.Achieved |
