Los ingredientes que utilicé fueron:

Lo primero que hice fue preparar una pasta corta siguiendo las indicaciones del empaque, y pique el pimentón, la cebolla y los ajíes en pequeños trozos.
The first thing I did was to prepare a short paste following the package directions, and chopped the bell pepper, onion and chili peppers into small pieces.
Luego, en una olla grande sofreímos estos vegetales con un chorrito de aceite y agregamos la pasta.
Then, in a large pot we sauté these vegetables with a drizzle of oil and add the pasta.
Apagamos el fuego, y reservamos nuestra pasta. Para acompañarla, realicé un aderezo de berenjena.
Para eso, utilicé unas berenjenas maduras, y les quité la piel para luego proceder a cocinarlas con un poco de agua y sal.
Turn off the heat, and reserve our pasta. To accompany it, I made an eggplant dressing.
For that, I used some ripe eggplants, and removed their skins and then proceeded to cook them with a little water and salt.
Cuando estén muy blanditas las retiramos del fuego, y procedemos a licuarlas con una taza de aceite, sal y ajo. Opcionalmente, pueden agregar perejil.
When they are very soft, remove them from the heat and proceed to blend them with a cup of oil, salt and garlic. Optionally, you can add parsley.
Y de esta forma elaboré una pasta sofrita con un aderezo de berenjena.
