Let's face it, we all love a wonderful snack to have for summer and yet we want to be healthy. One of my favorite healthy snacks we enjoy is our guacamole/sweet potato chips recipe. Good news, this is a very easy recipe to follow and probably many of you have the ingredients on your shelf. Also, it's super easy to customize as you wish.
The guacamole is an avocado based dip and we all know the wonderful benefits of avocados. Avocados are a heart-healthy snack loaded with potassium, magnesium and healthy monounsaturated fats. They can aid in cholesterol and lower triglyceride levels. Love having avocados with as many dishes as I can :-)
Sweet Potatoes are also quite nutritious for you.Great source of Vitamins A & C. They also are a great source of magnesium, potassium and fiber.
This is one of those recipes where you don't need to add much other than the natural ingredients in keeping it healthy. If you have ever made sweet potato chips in an air fryer or oven, then you have half the recipe covered. Guacamole dip can be made with only a few ingredients as listed below or feel free to add your onions , tomatoes and more...all healthy.
Here in Florida, there are plenty of avocado trees and you can find organic in the market as well.
Let's look at our ingredients
