I do like my bread, white more than brown tbh, but I can't remember why I bought wholemeal. And it didn't help that I forgot to label the container properly, I just put bread flour, and the date. Note to oneself for next time,

Milling your own wheat is really going that extra step. Was it a hobby or did you sell the flour as well?
