You have so much time to bake more now!! I'm sure your home will be smelling of freshly baked bread every day soon. And in fact, I found apart from the first few hours, it doesn't take a lot of effort. All the rest of the time is the dough doing its own thing.
I hope the 100% wholemeal flour is the main issue here, that can be rectified easily. I'll soon find out next week when I bake again.
