So friends, without further ado, I will discuss how to fry barbati with dried fish
First we have to cut the barbati very small and you can give some potatoes with you. You have to cut the potato to medium size and clean it with good water.
Then here are the ingredients we will use for our cooking as usual
1 onion
2 garlic
3 peppers
4 oils
5 salt
6 Turmeric powder
7 cumin powder
Onion Garlic These should be chopped as usual and cut in half along the die.
We will first take a pot for cooking and place the pot on the stove.
When the oil is slightly hot then we need to put onion garlic and chilli in the gel and stir it for a while. After stirring for 5 to 7 minutes you will see that it changes color to light reddish color
Then you put some turmeric powder in it and at the same time you can give your dried fish to someone. Stir for a while.
Then you put your barbed potato in it but you have to be careful without any kind of water and it will not be covered.
This way you keep stirring for 10 to 15 minutes and after a while you will see that you have made bharabati bhaji with your dry. It is a very tasty nutritious food which is very beneficial for our body.
