Hoy traigo una preparación que hasta hace poco no me gustaba nada, pero ahora me encanta, desde que probé otra versión !

Se trata del mango con adobo, sal y vinagre o como lo llaman ahora, ceviche de mango.

Esta deliciosa receta es refrescante y a mi parecer digestiva, cae como anillo al dedo después de una comida.

En Venezuela es muy popular el mango condimentado, nos gusta a todos, a algunos les gusta maduro y a otros verde, no importa como sea siempre sera delicioso.

A los chamos les encanta, cada vez que lo preparo mi hija siempre quiere mas, pero trato de medirme con el vinagre y las especias por su alto contenido en sodio.
The kids love it, every time I prepare it my daughter always wants more, but I try to measure myself with vinegar and spices because of their high sodium content.
No digan que no les gusta si no lo han probado, no les pase como a mi, que no me gustaba pero ahora me encanta.

- Pelar el mango y picar en pedazos largos.
Peel the mango and chop into long pieces.
- Agregar el adobo o las especies que prefieran y que mas les gusten.
Add the marinade or the species that you prefer and that you like the most.
- Agregar sal.
Add salt.
- Incorporar el vinagre, recuerden que es a gusto de cada quien.
Incorporate the vinegar, remember that it is to everyone's taste.
- Mezclamos para que todo se integre y esta listo para disfrutar.
