As everybody? I hope you are doing well by the grace of God. Came back today with another recipe. Today's recipe is Chara Pona Fish Jal. A few days ago I made a thin sapna pona fish broth with saja and potatoes. In fact, after lying in the refrigerator for several days, it was impossible not to salt the fish. Let's move on to the main preparation.
Ingredients:

Step 1
First, I will put the pan on the gas and let it heat up with a little oil.
Step 2
When the oil is hot, I will start frying the fish with salt and turmeric one by one in a pan, reducing the heat. When the fish is fried, I will put it in the pan.

Once the fish is fried, I fry the whole fish in oil for five minutes.

As soon as the frying is over, I will start frying everything with salt and turmeric to taste.
Step 5
Once the potatoes are lightly fried, I'll sauté them with the onion, garlic, ginger paste, and raw chili peppers in a frying pan.
Step 6
After everything is well fried, I lightly fry the spices and chili peppers and leave everything grated with a half glass of water and tomatoes.
Step 7
I'll get potatoes.
Step 8
When the potatoes and onions are cooked, I will increase the gas flame with three glasses of water in a saucepan. I boiled the broth a little and gave it to the fried fish.
Step 9
As soon as the broth boils for 20 minutes, our dish is ready for frying.
