What you need; about 32 sponge cookies, 2-3 cups of coffee, 4 fresh eggs, sugar, lemon, orange, mascarpone, chocolate powders.
Mix sugar and egg yolks together well, grate a little zest from the lemon and orange, mix into the mixture with the mascarpone.
Mix the egg whites with 1 tablespoon of sugar until stiff, then carefully fold into the mascarpone mixture.
Prepare the coffee and add shortly to the cookies.
Spread the first half of the cookies, then half of the mascarpone cream on, place the remaining cookies on top and cover with remaining cream.
Powder the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
Covered with a foil and put in the fridge for minimum of 2 hours.
Refreshing and fine!
