Hola mis amigos de #foodies espero est茅n muy bien, hoy vengo a traerles un rico pan de mantequilla con queso mozzarella gratinado, La idea original era pan dulce pero mientras lo hac铆a cambio el rumbo 馃槃 y quise combinar salado y dulce y les digo que qued贸 fenomenal. A continuaci贸n les muestro como lo prepare
| Wheat flour 0000 350 gr |
| An egg |
| 100 gr sugar |
| 120ml water |
| Yeast 8 gr |
| Salt 7 gr |
| Ham |
| Mozzarella cheese |
| Paprika (optional) |
| Harina de trigo 0000 350 gr |
| Un huevo |
| Az煤car 100 gr |
| Agua 120ml |
| Levadura 8 gr |
| Sal 7 gr |
| Jam贸n |
| Queso mozzarella |
| Piment贸n (opcional) |
We start by pouring the flour into a counter and add it. The sugar, yeast, egg and water we mix and integrate and finally we add the salt, we continue kneading until we obtain a soft and smooth dough, this takes about 20 minutes of kneading, we let it rest for an hour or until it is folded its size.
Comenzamos vertiendo la harina en un mes贸n le agregamos. El az煤car, levadura, huevo y el agua mezclamos e integramos y por 煤ltimos le agregamos la sal, seguimos amasando hasta obtener una masa suave y lisa esto me tomo al rededor de 20 minutos de amasado, dejamos reposar por una hora o hasta que hay doblado su tama帽o.
After the resting time, we degas the dough and knead for about 5 minutes, divide the dough into 8 parts in the form of acemite or more Creole form balls. We take them to a well greased mold so that when baking it does not stick to us. There we leave it to rest for about 30 minutes, add ham on top, vubri.os well with a little mozzarella cheese and decorate with a few pieces of paprika, and we take it to the oven at 200 掳 C for about 25 or 30 minutes.
Pasado el tiempo de reposo, desgasificamos la masa y amasamos unos 5 minutos, dividimos la masa en 8 partes en forma de acemita o m谩s criolla formamos bolitas. Las llevamos a un molde bien engrasado para que a la hora de hornear no se nos pegue. All铆 la dejamos en reposo los unos 30 minutos agregamos jam贸n por encima, vubri.os bien con un poco de queso mozzarella y decoramos con unos trozos de piment贸n, y la llevamos al horno a 200掳C por unos 25 o 30 minutos.
After the baking time, we let it rest for about 5 minutes, we unmold it and the result, a delicious bread covered with ham and mozzarella cheese, simply very tasty.
