Midnight Cravings seems to have been my talent since childhood. I like to wake up quietly, go to the pantry, then look at the contents of the refrigerator.
What could be more enjoyable than waking up in the middle of the night, (OR NOT SLEEP AT ALL) and thinking about what to eat to satisfy that night's hunger.
Midnight wasn't always about the chest-piercing chill. Most midnight days are hot days in Indonesia, and I want something cold and melts in my mouth.
AVOCADO WITH COCONUT MILK, COCONUT SUGAR, AND COCONUT CLUSTERS
I am grateful that there is always a supply of food for my stomach, which always likes "to sing" for food at midnight. So, what do I have this time?
I have avocado, coconut milk, coconut sugar sauces, and coconut clusters.
So I knew what I was going to make and it would go so fast without cooking. I just need to put them together to perfection in a bowl!
I always have a supply of coconut milk to make a variety of foods. It is more often used for curry and dessert.
For coconut sugar sauces, here I am using brown sugar. These supplies are very important because I use them to sweeten the desserts that I make. I use this type of sweetener more than the cane sugar sweetener used in Indonesia.

HOW TO MAKE A MIDNIGHT SNACK WITH AVOCADO INGREDIENT
Okay, let's start looking at how to easily prepare a snack for my super hot midnight.
STEP 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Anyway, you can also replace sweeteners with other sweeteners such as maple syrup.
STEP 2
Mash Avocado, enough with a fork. Make sure it is soft well without any irritating lumps on the tongue.
STEP 3
Add sweetener, then add coconut milk, or you can also use coconut cream. The texture of coconut milk that I use is thick, similar to cream.
STEP 4
In the final step, add coconut clusters. You can use granola, or coconut flakes, or even corn flakes. Crunchy topping will make the overall texture of the avocado go to the next level.
It's not bad for a quick snack for my midnight craving. Cold, and melts in the mouth.
