Refrigerator Contents Are Your Best Inspiration to Create Recipes You Never Think Of Before.
The drink recipe didn't really appeal to me, at first. Until finally the contents of my refrigerator, which is often filled with fruit, made me think again about drink recipes.
With the stock of fruit that I have in the refrigerator, I thought about making plant-based milk. Sometimes, there's not much stock, but it's enough to make a delicious drink for my brunch or lunch.
The Drink That I've Never Drink Before
To be honest, I've never had Melon Flavored Soymilk before. Then what is the reason for making this drink?
That's because there's a little bit of melon in stock, as well as soymilk in the fridge. My mother bought soymilk. So I've never had to mix and match these two ingredients before. Then it occurred to me to make “Homemade Melon Flavored Soymilk”.
Before realizing that desire, I did some research on the internet, whether this combination of recipes has ever been done. That's to find something safe, I'm afraid, later I mix and match things that are not good when combined.
The results of my search on the internet turned out to be quite a lot. Finally, I calmly tried to make ”Homemade Melon Flavored Soymilk”.
Stay tuned!
Soymilk With Brown Sugar
Actually, for the soymilk, it's a ready-to-drink product with brown sugar that my mother bought. So for this recipe, I don't need to make soymilk anymore.
For those of you who want to try this recipe, you can use soymilk, then bring to a boil again with brown sugar or palm sugar, if you want a sweet taste.
So for this drink, I just need to mix the melon puree with soymilk.
Usually, I use coconut milk. So this time I was quite excited to try something new with the soymilk blend.
In my opinion, coconut milk and soymilk have different characters but are both delicious. For soymilk, of course, it is nuttier, but in my opinion, it is less creamy than coconut milk.
Maybe it's easier to find soymilk in your area than coconut milk. Or, you can find both in your area?
Super Easy ”Homemade Melon Flavored Soymilk”.
I make a melon puree with just a fork. It's a bit time-consuming, but I think this is satisfying work.
Well, you can save time and it's more practical if you mix melon and soymilk and blend them together. But, I just can't promise it tastes good or not. Because I've never tried that way. In my method, the melon and soymilk don't mix too much, so it doesn't bring out any peculiar taste or aroma in the end result.
Once you're done with the melon into a melon puree, it's time to mix the melon and soymilk. At the first, I added the melon puree to a serving glass.
The final step, add soymilk. You can add garnishes if you have more ingredients at home.
