King Fish puttu is a well known South Indian dish made with steamed fish which is shredded, then cooked with various aromatics such as curry leaves and spices. This dish goes well with chapati, rice and porridge.
Ingredients:
As required Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
3 Dry Chilies
2 stick Curry Leaves
5 Big Onions
10 cloves Garlic
2 inch Ginger
3 Green Chilies
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper Powder
2 big pieces/600 g King Fish
Salt to Taste
½ lemon Lemon Juice
