Chicken Rub Garlic

As usual, on Monday this time a little bit keep me busy because a lot of homework that I do, there are some plants that were damaged by a cat fight on the terrace of my house, so there are some plants that are damaged and must be repaired because if not dealt with quickly, my plants will die.
Then, usually on a Monday, I'm shopping for preparing the needs of our meals during the week, and it takes a long time in preparation to be stored neatly into the refrigerator.
I bought some meat chicken as food with us today. Yesterday, I was watching youtube an influencer favorite. She loves to give recipes. I was very interested in the recipe her. That is to make Chicken Rub Garlic. What a coincidence, me and my husband are very fond of food with savory garlic.
As we know, the garlic has unique characteristics for food. One of them adds savory flavor and fragrance to the dish. Therefore, garlic is very friendly with a dish of stir-fry that will bring out the flavor delicious and tempting. Imagine sautéing use garlic just made me hungry.

Recipe Chicken Rub Garlic
Ingredients:
- 500 gr chicken
- 250 gr flour
- 250 gr of garlic
- 50 gr Onion
- 200 ml of liquid milk
- Coriander
- Candlenut
- Turmeric powder
- Baking powder
- Pepper
- Honey
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
How To Cook Chicken Rub Garlic
First, wash the chicken. Then marinated with salt and lime. Let stand 5 minutes and rinse again.
Preheat 20 ml of vegetable oil, and then enter 50 gr garlic and 50 gr shallot, candlenut and coriander. Heat for 5 minutes, remove from heat and wait for it to cool.
- Then, puree the herbs that have been fried earlier by using a chopper. Puree and set aside.
- Then enter the spices into the bowl containing chicken. Pour the liquid milk, salt and pepper. Stir until blended. Cover with plastic wrap, store in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Prepare the dough flour for frying. Use 250 gr wheat flour, 1 stp baking powder, turmeric powder, pepper, coriander and water to taste.
- Heat the oil for frying. Before inserting the chicken, fry the first of garlic along with the peel. Then enter the chicken in the coating with flour. Remove from heat and drain along with the garlic.
- Discard the skin of the garlic, then minced garlic, salt and honey until smooth.
- Apply garlic jam above the skin of the chicken.
- Chicken rub garlic ready to be served.
Caution for lovers of garlic, it would be very wasteful rice if you eat this dish.
