Squid Salted Egg

You know not about salted egg? Must be very familiar to hear it for the food right?
Well, obviously it is, because now a lot of the menu that wear salted egg as topping of food, such as chicken salted egg, popcorn salted egg, shrimp salted egg and squid with salted egg.
Specifically in Indonesia, if you coming a family restaurant, definitely the mainstay of the menu they are all related with salted eggs, these foods are usually very favorite the people of Indonesia.
Yesterday, I made a salted eggs at home. You can see the posting here. Then I had the idea to make a dish of salted egg. Because the stock is squid at home (squid must exist in my house because I love making fried rice with squid) direct course I execution without rambling.

Ingredients:
- 200 gr of Squid that have been cleaned
- 100 gr all-purpose Flour (you can make flour fried with ingredients 100 gr all purpose 1 stp baking powder 1 stp coriander)
- Leeks
- Lime leaves
- 2 Eggs-salted
- 1 chicken egg
- 1 stp oyster sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Sugar and salt
How to cook squid with salted egg:
- Wash all the ingredients, don't forget to clean the squid and peeling the outer skin, because the outer skin will affect the attachment of the flour.
- Heat oil in wok pan on medium heat.
- Beat the eggs of the chicken until well blended
- Coating squid with flour, then enter into chicken eggs, and then insert it into the flour back so that the coating is perfect.
- Fry the squid in the flour into the already hot oil, cook for a minute and lift when it is golden brown.
- The boiled salted egg, once cooked, take the yellow part of the eggs and then destroy.
- Puree the garlic and cut leeks into small.
- Heat a little oil for sauteing, then add the garlic mashed.
- Enter the egg yolks in destroy and wait until foaming.
- Enter the leeks and orange leaves, stir fry.
- Give your seasoning, sugar, salt and oyster sauce. Stir until well blended. The correction of taste.
- Enter the squid in flour that's been in the fried, stir well.
- Squid salted egg is ready to serve.
