Ingredientes: 6 huevos, 1 leche evaporada, 1 leche condensada, 4 cucharaditas de vainilla, media taza de azúcar.

1. Empezamos haciendo el caramelo, ponemos el molde a fuego bajo, enseguida agregamos el azúcar sin dejar de mover hasta obtener un caramelo. Ya que el caramelo está listo movemos el molde para que se pegue a los lados.

2. Agregamos a la licuadora la leche evaporada, la leche condensada, los huevos y la vainilla.

4. Ponemos el molde en una olla a baño María, tapamos y dejamos que el flan se cosa por 35 minutos o hasta que al meter un palillo este salga limpio. Dejamos que el flan se enfríe y una vez que se enfrió refrigeramos unas horas.
