Hoy les quiero compartir una receta de galletas de avena. Son muy ricas y quedan super crujientes. Estas galletas las preparé ayer en la noche, ya que mi hermano y yo nos antojamos de comer algo dulce. No me llevo ni media hora en realizarlas, ya que son muy fáciles de elaborar. Definitivamente una receta perfecta si no quieres pasar mucho tiempo cocinando.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for oatmeal cookies. They are very rich and they turn out super crunchy. I made these cookies yesterday night, since my brother and I were craving for something sweet. It didn't even take me half an hour to make them, as they are very easy to make. Definitely a perfect recipe if you don't want to spend a lot of time cooking.
• 150gr de azúcar morena o puedes también usar 75gr de azúcar blanca y 75gr de papelón o panela
• 50gr de aceite
• 1 huevo
• 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato
• 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
• Una pizca de sal
• 180gr de avena
•80gr de harina de trigo
INGREDIENTS
• 150gr of brown sugar or you can also use 75gr of white sugar and 75gr of papelón or panela sugar.
• 50gr of oil
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• 180gr oatmeal
• 80gr wheat flour
- En un recipiente coloca el azúcar y el aceite, luego remueve un poco. Incorpora el huevo y bates hasta integrar todo muy bien.
PREPARATION
- In a bowl place the sugar and oil, then stir a little. Add the egg and beat until everything is well blended.
- At this point add the baking soda, baking powder and salt, stir a little.
- Then add the wheat flour and finally add the oatmeal little by little. The dough does not have to be very consistent, so do not worry.
- On a greased cookie sheet or with special paper for this purpose, spoon the dough so that the cookies are all the same.
- Place them in the preheated oven at 180 C° for 15 minutes. And that's it!
