- Leche condensada, al gusto.
- Leche líquida, un vaso.
- Canela (polvo-rama)al gusto.

Preparación.

Lavamos los 200 gramos de arroz.
We wash the 200 grams of rice.
Llevamos a fuego medio una olla con el arroz previamente lavado y suficiente agua; porque vamos a sancochar el arroz, hasta que quede blando luego agregamos unos palos de canela.
We take a pot with previously washed rice and enough water to a medium heat, because we are going to cook the rice until it is soft, then we add some cinnamon sticks.
Dejamos hervir, si es necesario echamos más agua al arroz, para que quede bien cocido y blando.
We let it boil, if necessary we add more water to the rice, so that it is well cooked and soft.
Cuando ya esta listo, retiramos del fuego y dejamos enfriar, en este caso fue lo que realice; pero si es de su preferencia colocarlo en la nevera por espacio de tres horas después de haberse enfriado; es a su elección.
When it is ready, we remove it from the fire and let it cool down, in this case it was what I did; but if you prefer to put it in the refrigerator for three hours after it has cooled down; it is your choice.
Una vez este frío echamos el arroz en el vaso de la licuadora.

Vertimos el vaso de leche liquida.

Echamos leche condensada al gusto, lo dulce es a su preferencia.
We add condensed milk to taste, sweetness is your preference.
Licuamos y luego colamos.

Servimos, echamos leche condensada por encima.
